Day 56: Changes

changesThe changes start this week. It’s time for me to stop whining about what I can’t do because of my bad shoulder. It’s time for me to get off my fat arse and start working out; bad shoulder or no. The pounds won’t magically start to disappear unless I make some changes. And sitting around waiting for inspiration to smack me upside the head isn’t working (duh). So I’m reminding myself that “nothing changes if nothing changes.” The changes start this week.

 
 

 

Today’s starting weight: 150

Food journal:

Lunch:
— Chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie = 353 cal.

Snack:
— 1 cup cinnamon roasted almonds = 60 (est.)

Dinner:
— Salad with ranch dressing = 163
— Soft pretzel = 483
— Iced tea = 0

Snack:
— Fat free chocolate pudding cup = 60
