Day 88: Bike rides wish list

It seems that every day I hear about a bike ride I want to do. Some are charity rides, some are long-distance tours and some are local rides that I would like to check out. Some are short distances while others are century rides or multi-day tours. I created the Rides Wish List page as an easy way for me to keep track of the events and to check them off as each one is completed. If you know of any fun rides in the Kentucky or Indiana areas that are not listed here, please drop me an email. I’m always looking for more rides.

Today’s starting weight: 150

— Chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie = 385 cal.

— Grilled cheese on wheat = 431

— Grilled chicken sandwich = 262
— 1 cup potato salad = 163
— Iced tea = 0

— Fat free chocolate pudding = 60
